Returns

Our return policy is valid for a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Certain categories of goods are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned include gift cards, downloadable software products, and specific health and personal care items.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

There are exceptional cases where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books that show obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

In the event that you haven’t received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account.

Following this, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If the refund is still not credited, please reach out to your bank. Note that there may be processing time involved.

Sale items are eligible for refunds as per regular prices, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges can only be made for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
